Deborah Claire Paskin is a resident artist of the Central Coast of California
with her artwork showing throughout the state.

Her method of layered paper design was created quite by accident.  While living in
France on a limited budget, purchasing greeting cards became an expensive luxury.
So she decided to make her own.  Textured paper became her medium, scissors her
tool.  Her body of work now encompasses fine arts and fine crafts.  The layered 
look to her art, in addition to her knowledge and technique, has evolved and continues
to do so.

Making these layered paper designs is no simple task.  They are labor-intensive and
require a sure and and an eye for detail.

Creating designs that reflect moments in our lives and dreams of our imagination
is an integral part of Deborah's craft.
